There are a lot of great things about the new Shasta County Library. One of those things is a machine that scans microfiche and saves them to a CD or USB quick drive. (I think I’ve said it before , but might as well say it again.)
Someone with a goodly amount of brain power could build a weblog about old forgotten stories from the local paper of record or some such. Is it legal? I’ve noticed that the archives at Redding.Com are behind a firewall and attainable at a price. Hmmm.
